Training

Mojo places a strong emphasis on making sure our staff are well trained. We provide full barista training to all cafes supplied with Mojo coffee, to ensure customers enjoy the great Mojo experience every time a coffee is served.

One-On-One

Mojo Coffee can provide One-on-One training in our custom-built Training Pod that looks exclusively at espresso production (as well as other areas of coffee if desired – everything can be tailored).

For half a day of training (4 hours) we charge $200, or for a full day (8 hours) we charge $300.

This guarantees plenty of hands-on time behind the machine and a good opportunity to perfect each area of espresso production. Dates for this training are very flexible and we can provide discounted prices for different group sizes.

Corporate

Espresso Production Session — Bring your team along to our custom-built Training Pod and learn how to build the perfect coffee. If you’re a competitive bunch we’ll test your ability and pit you against one another.

Cupping Session — Much like a wine tasting session – where we explore the aroma and flavor profiles of a group of single origin coffees from all around the world.

Blend Your Own Session — Expand on your Cupping experience and use what you discover in each of our coffees to create your own blend and take a 250 gram bag of it home with you.

Cost: $50 per person inclusive of GST for up to two hours worth of training for group sizes up to 20. Minimum cost = $500.

If your group is larger than twenty we can negotiate cost.

We are also very flexible about when we can host group events and most evenings are available.

All of our group events can be catered also, and Shed 13 is a licensed venue. Contact us for more details.
