Peeking out from behind original 5-metre roller doors and frameless glazing panels, Mojo CGR pays homage to the site’s history as an automotive workshop in retaining the original flooring, painted masonry block walls complete with racing stripes, and exposed rafter ceiling.
The centre-aligned black stained concrete bar with weighty natural akwa wooden overhangs and steel detailing provides visual interest while keeping the working engine of the café entirely exposed.
With a full kitchen headed up by Jamie Johnston, Mojo CGR offers an all day brunch and lunch menu, as well as a wide variety of house-prepared sandwiches, salads, savouries and sweets.
Our team of expert baristas oversee the busy Synesso espresso machine, plying customers with perfect extractions of Dr Mojo’s Medicine and a variety of single-origin beans – as well as Chemex and V60 filter options.
